Pros: "Great Premium Economy experience with comfortable seats and extremely-hospitable cabin crew!"

Cons: "Archaic In-Flight Wi-Fi Plans should be brought to modern-age plans."

Cons: "This time Singapore Airlines Staff seem to be not so helpful. Previously they were happy to help with smiling face and approachable immediately. This time in spite of asking for help in the cabin no one turned up even after multiple requests. I could only get help when someone one walks next to me."

Pros: "I always like Singapore Airlines. They should continue to be the best."

Cons: "Some flexibility to select food choices even if we book the flight in short notice."

Cons: "The seat covers looked worn and dirty. Needs an upgrade."

Pros: "Great crew But... Many wild children, loud babies. I was in seat with extra leg room so I had no space for my purse & carry on and had to store in overhead bin. After take off, I retrieved my purse & carry on to get my glasses and purse. The flight attendant gave my bin space away to someone..."

Cons: "See above... Who didn't upgrade their seat. My items had to go into bin 3 rows back. Very inconvenient & very difficult to retrieve after landing. I will never pay the additional fee for extra leg room again."

Cons: "Having a reservation on Alaska for the first leg of the trip would have been nice. They didn't expect us, we had no confirmation number that Alaska recognized so we were denied boarding. How much else could have gone wrong?"

Pros: "The crew, their professionalism and wide variety of entertainment."

Cons: "Air-conditioning was not working properly in the cabin and it felt warm. Seats are a tad uncomfortable and not wide enough on the 777."

Cons: "I found my pillowcase has a long human hair. And noticed the same in the other pillows around my seat. Also, the tray table has a few spots of food stain. One of the toilets, the hinge of the toilet seat is broken"

Cons: "Seating at the gate is strange. They just have people line up in any order and board them in that order. People run to form the line. Totally ridiculous. Food was awful. I have no idea what to even call the items they served. Audio jack was literally being held together with tape! Loose connection."

Cons: "We sat in the bulk head economy seats for the extra leg room, but instead it was used as a pass through for the flight attendants and for other passengers. This was an older plane and there wasn’t an aisle cross over, very annoying! The chicken pie was scorching hot and no serving utensils."

Pros: "Comfortable seat with good recline and leg room. Noise cancellation head phones are effective and comfortable. Good selection of audio and video entertainment."

Pros: "***Our luggage did arrive as promised. ***Our flight from Tortola was cancelled, almost ensuring we would miss our connecting flight from St Martin. Thankfully some employees at the airport (Don't know to what airline they belonged, I don't recall seeing a single WinAir employee the entire time) hired a charter TurboProp for all of us (about 15 people). I think the kudos go to the airport rather than WinAir."

Cons: "*** If you are travelling to the BVI's and travel on WinAir, be aware that if your checked luggage weighs the limit that it will most likely come the next day. This happened to my girlfriend and I on separate occasions. While we did both receive our luggage the next day, there was no communication from WinAir. I had to call them repeatedly and stress the urgency with getting the baggage (I was on a chartered boat. I didn't want to hold the boat up for my bag). My theory is that the luggage gets sent on a boat from St Martin to Tortola as heavy bags can't be brought onto the island hopper airplanes they use to shuttle between the islands. *** After waiting at the Tortola Airport in the departures area for about an hour (about 10 minutes before our plane was to take off) I hadn't seen a single WinAir employee. I finally asked an employee of another airline if they could tell us what was going on. About 15 minutes later someone (Airport rep??) came out and told us our flight was cancelled and that they had booked us a charter turboprop to ensure we get there on time. After about 3 minutes we were ushered out to a plane that was loaded with our luggage and ready to go."

Pros: "I love flying Winair between SXM and EUX. The flights are short, safe, and provide a beautiful view of the beautiful islands."

Pros: "There is a magnificent view of the island on the way in. Make sure you have a camera ready!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed 2 hrs. They don't offer connecting the bags with other airlines. I wish it could be a better option"

Pros: "After booking through kayak, they lost my reservation and I was put on standby. I was treated very rudely at check in and I almost missed the flight."

Cons: "Everything. The staff and crew of Intercaribbean airlines are very unprofessional and not helpful at all. On top of the flight delays all the luggage for that particular flight was left in Kingston. Everybody was rather nonchalant and unapologetic about the situation. I was told I would get the the following day. The next day only two of my three bags showed up. I was not compensated for the inconvenience and was told point blank that they will only deliver one of my bags to my address even though they were the reason I had NONE of my luggage in the first place. They are disgusting!!! I would never recommend this airline to anyone."

Cons: "Extremely rude and uncaring staff. I hate not being booked through with boarding passes. You have to wait in line at every stop, go through security and wait to get your ongoing boarding pass. The Scoot transfer people in Singapore are the most rude people I've ever met."

Cons: "Seating configuration in economy very small. My Husband is a tall, big man and was cramped by the seat pitch, which made his trip very uncomfortable. To think that we have to pay for such an essential item to life as WATER, when it is free on most other airlines....or at the very least you can get a glass of water. I couldn’t believe the charge price for a tiny bottle of water and the fact that you can’t even get a glass of water either. This is an outrage and a rip off to customers."
